Surgical Concierge Services

STS Surgical Concierge Service is a specialized department available for those patients wanting that extra pampering touch prior, during, and after your surgery. How it works? A facilitator will be assigned to you to set up a pre-surgical meeting to assess your preoperative needs including any recommendations from your physician. Some of the doctor’s orders or recommendations may be to complete a smoking cessation class, dietary modification, weight management, muscle tonicity, or any other instructions ordered by your physician prior to surgery. Whether your specialist is a plastic surgeon, bariatric specialist, or obstetrician, STS Surgical Concierge Services is here to assist you.

STS Surgical Concierge Services will assist in setting up appointments with selected professionals ranging from psychologists, dieticians, certified personal fitness trainers, massage therapists, and ancillary staff. In addition to these services your facilitator will take note of any special requests you may have and arrange for; transportation to and from surgery, picking up prescriptions, running errands, light housekeeping, meal preparations according to doctor’s specifications, and on call assistance as needed.

Your STS facilitator will remain in constant communication with your physician and his/her staff (with your signed consent) for any special instructions or concerns he/she may have pertaining to your surgery and your postoperative care. Your facilitator may provide transportation and will be with you the day of your procedure and make sure the surgical center or hospital staff contact us when you are about to be discharged.
